Abstract Submission will be possible from 30 April 2025 until the submission deadline 30 June 2025.
Abstracts corresponding to an on-site presentation (presentation time 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A) can be submitted using the form below. The submitted abstract, written in English and containing a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 1500 words has to be a Portable Document File (pdf). It must include sufficient detail to introduce the scope and findings of your presentation. It can contain figures, equations, tables, and references, as appropriate but the total length of the abstract cannot exceed two pages. Please check spelling and grammar carefully before the final submission. A template for the abstract is provided for your convenience. Please convert your abstract to a PDF file. Be sure to embed the fonts when creating the PDF. Do not password protect your file and make sure the filename has only one extension (“.pdf”).

After successful online submission of the abstract the submitting lecturer will receive an automatically generated message.
No booking is required for the submission of an abstract until a contribution has been confirmed.
From the abstracts submitted, the Symposium Chair/Programme Management Team will select the thematic sessions that will make up the Symposium’s programme. Submissions that cannot be considered for oral presentation (limited presentation opportunities) can be presented as posters. During the first lunch break, there will be an opportunity to discuss the topics presented directly at the posters.
